About Us
The Prescott and Russell Entrepreneurship Centre (the "PREC") was created to serve small and medium-sized enterprises (the "SMEs") that are the backbone of Ontario's economy and that are creating jobs, innovation, and prosperity. The PREC helps small business owners and entrepreneurs succeed in the Prescott and Russell region by providing information, tools, and support during their start-up and growth phases. The PREC also offer seminars, workshops, and networking opportunities that are designed with the entrepreneur in mind.
The PREC works in partnership with the Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade, the United Counties of Prescott and Russell (the "UCPR"), and many community partners.
